AssetBolt is published by Canela Technologies LLC. This page applies to the AssetBolt web app and the AssetBolt mobile app for Android and iOS. All three use the same account.
Account deletion is done on the web, at assetbolt.app. It applies to the mobile apps too.
Go to Settings → Account → Profile.
Under Delete account, choose Email me a deletion link.
Open the email and follow the link.
The link confirms that the request came from you. Deletion is permanent, and it cannot be undone.
AssetBolt stops the deletion, so that no workspace is left without an owner. Do one of these first, then delete your account:
Make another member an owner, under Settings → Members.
Delete the workspace (see below).
Your account: your name, your email address, your sign-in methods, your active sessions, and your two-factor settings.
Your membership of every workspace. You lose access to those workspaces immediately.
Your account is not the same as your organization's data. Assets, people, locations, and their history belong to the organization, not to you, so they stay when you delete your account. If a person record or a history entry names you, ask a workspace owner or admin to remove it, or delete the whole workspace.
An owner can delete the organization and everything in it:
Go to Settings → Organization.
Choose Delete organization.
Type the organization name to confirm.
This cancels the subscription and removes access for every member.
After an account or an organization is deleted, we usually keep the data for 30 days, so that a restore or an export is still possible. Then we delete it permanently. We keep it for longer only if the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for more.
